As you may see, it is fairly centrally located in Beijing, and there are plenty accomodations of different price ranges around, e.g. on booking.com, trip.com, and agoda.com. On trip.com, you can find various accommodation types by using filters, e.g. "Chinesischer Gasthof".

The ceremony will start around 9 am and will end in the afternoon after lots of food and drinks. Given the great public transport and availability of taxis, getting there and back even from a bit further away should not be a problem.

According to the relevant regulations in the "Beijing Hotel Non-Disposable Item Provision List," starting from May 1, 2020, hotels are not allowed to proactively provide disposable items. The list includes: toothbrush, comb, bath sponge, razor, nail file, and shoe polish. If you need any of these items, please contact the hotel to request them.
